Hi Wooshin, This issue is already tracking in Synaptics Jira-73. https://synaextjira.atlassian.net/browse/SKBSBALT-73?jql=order%20by%20created%20DESC How about the occurrence rate and how many devices occurred this issue ? I think we need to provide more information to Synaptics for further analysis. |

Hi Wooshin, From Synaptics Jira73, jira74 and Jita80, it seems this issue is fixed by Synaptics. If no problem, please change the Mantis Status to "Close". |
